1. Why can't the device connect to WIFI?A: 1. Please confirm that the WIFI connection adheres to the 2.4G protocal.
2. Confirm that the red indicator Light is blinking slowly.
3. Check whether the account name and password are correct, and whether there are to many chatacters.
2. The device is online, and there is a trigger event, but the cell phone does not received any push notifications?
A: Check whether the app has "Automatic Starting" activated, and whether the "Application Authority" has the notificaton function enable Disable "Battery Optimizaiton" and "close the app when in the background" and "Always on display".
