This process typically takes 1-4 business days before your order is shipped.

Estimated Shipping Time

Shipping time refers to the period from when your order leaves our suppliers' warehouse until it arrives at your delivery address.

Estimated delivery times are:

  • 5-8 business days for most orders.

  • 10-14 business days for destinations located farther from our suppliers' warehouses.

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by customs clearance, severe weather, public holidays, local courier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

When your order has been shipped and tracking information becomes available, we will send you another email containing your tracking number, allowing you to monitor your shipment at any time.

Multiple Packages

Since we work with multiple suppliers, products in the same order may be shipped from different warehouses.

If you purchase multiple items, your order may arrive in separate packages and on different delivery dates. This is completely normal and does not mean that any items are missing.
