A: Yes. We can offer latest firmware for your future upgrading. But normally we don't suggest as firmware upgrade with risks, unless the products with technical issue and need update.

A: Yes. This is an independent surveillance system, it supports local live view, recording and playback without internet access.

A: The system supports remote access. Once connected to your router or switch with internet access, you can view it using our mobile app or PC software at no additional cost.
